According to Odaily Planet Daily, Bank of China (Hong Kong) announced that it has become the first commercial bank in Hong Kong to successfully complete system connection with mBridge, and has completed the first cross-border remittance from a corporate customer, achieving end-to-end fully automated processing of inbound and outbound remittances.
It is reported that BOCHK will automatically select eligible remittance transactions and remit them to the receiving bank through the mBridge channel, and can also fully automatically process transactions remitted through the mBridge channel.
