According to TechFlow, on October 23, several cryptographic practitioners told TechFlow that their Twitter (X) and TG accounts were stolen. The security company traced the source of the attack to the North Korean hacker group DangerousPassword.

One of the crypto practitioners whose account was stolen said that he did not click on any phishing links and the specific reason for the theft is still under investigation.

It is worth noting that the North Korean hackers who committed the crime this time are proficient in Chinese and the current popular trends and information terms in the encryption industry.

TechFlow reminds the majority of cryptocurrency traders and practitioners to be wary of any unknown links from "friend accounts" on TG and X, be cautious when connecting to public WIFI, and always maintain account security.
