According to Odaily Planet Daily, Japanese investment advisory company Metaplanet Inc. plans to raise 10 billion yen (about 66 million US dollars) through a stock acquisition rights plan, and has completed the 11th stock acquisition rights.

The stock purchase rights plan was originally announced on August 6, when Metaplanet's share price was around 700 yen, and the company offered shareholders the option to buy new shares at a discounted price of 555 yen per share.

Metaplanet added Bitcoin as a reserve asset in May to hedge against yen fluctuations. Data shows that the company currently holds 861.4 Bitcoins, and its stock price has risen 642% so far this year.
