According to TechFlow, on October 15, according to (Fortune), blockchain game developer Azra Games announced the completion of a US$42 million Series A financing round, led by Pantera Capital, with participation from Andreessen Horowitz (a16z) and NFX.
After this round of financing, Azra Gamesâ cumulative financing amount reached US$68.3 million.
Azra Games was founded in 2022 by game design veteran Mark Otero. Otero was the designer of Electronic Arts' best-selling game (Star Wars: Galaxy of Heroes) and the founder and CEO of KlickNation, a game company previously acquired by EA.
