According to Wu, Christine Kim summarized the 143rd Ethereum Consensus Core Developers Meeting (ACDC). The meeting discussed that the debugging of Pectra Devnet 3 is still ongoing and the preparation of Pectra Devnet 4, including the discussion of simplifying EL trigger requests and handing them over to CL for parsing.

The meeting also discussed the update of PeerDAS Devnet. The latest PeerDAS devnet faces the problem of being unable to achieve final confirmation and may need to be restarted. In addition, the meeting updated the implementation of "engine_getBlobsV1", which aims to help low-bandwidth validators propose blocks in a timely manner. Various client teams are implementing this method. Stokes emphasized that this is the current priority.

Finally, the meeting discussed the issue of increasing blob throughput, and some developers suggested increasing the number of blob targets first and then adjusting based on the analysis results. Most developers supported the proposal of EIP 7742, which is to decouple the blob counts of CL and EL.
