According to BlockBeats, on September 24, Florida Judge McCabe ruled at a hearing that Ryan Rouse, a suspect in the assassination of former President Trump, will continue to be detained during the trial.

The judge said the evidence provided by prosecutors was sufficient to support Routh's continued detention. Routh was charged with two gun-related offenses, including possession of a gun as a convicted felon and possession of a gun with an obliterated serial number.

Prosecutors revealed that Routh may also face charges such as assaulting Secret Service agents and threatening the former president. Florida Governor DeSantis said Routh should be sentenced to life in prison.
