According to BlockBeats, on September 22, according to the latest documents from the Federal Election Commission, US Vice President Kamala Harris raised and spent far more money in August than former President Donald Trump.

Harris’ campaign raised more than $189 million in August, more than four times the $44 million raised by Trump’s campaign. The figures reflect money raised specifically for the candidates’ main campaign accounts.

Harris' campaign announced earlier this month that it had raised $361 million in combined campaign contributions in August with the Democratic National Committee and fundraising committees. That dwarfs the $130 million raised by the Trump campaign and its joint fundraising committees.

Those numbers don’t include September contributions, which included $47 million in cash the Harris campaign raised from nearly 600,000 donors in the 24 hours following the first and only Harris-Trump debate.
