According to Foresight News, Solana co-founder Toly said about the newly launched governance system of ZKsync that although ZKsync claims not to be a multi-signature system, it is actually still based on the honest majority assumption, which means that it is similar to the multi-signature system in essence.
In addition, Toly responded to Matter Labs CEO Alex Gluchowski's remarks on "Is Solana multi-signature?" and said that Solana is not multi-signature because all validators cannot convince Circle to connect USDC on Solana, and Circles' single full node will reject invalid state transitions. This is because a sufficient number of token holders are required to form a quorum and there are enough "professional security committee" members to agree to this operation.
