According to Odaily, as of August 24, 2024, archived data reveals that Foundry USA and Antpool have emerged as the dominant forces in Bitcoin mining over the past three days, collectively controlling 56.7% of the network's total hashrate. This dominance has been particularly influenced by a surge in fees this week, resulting in significantly higher block fees than usual.

Currently, the total hashrate of the Bitcoin network hovers around 651 EH/s. Foundry has contributed approximately 215.79 EH/s over the past three days and maintained a robust contribution of around 199.02 EH/s over the past seven days. Antpool, ranking second, has contributed 153.55 EH/s over the past three days and 162.55 EH/s over the past seven days.

Earlier in January, Foundry's hashrate contribution was 140.26 EH/s, marking an increase of 75.53 EH/s to date. In contrast, Antpool's growth has been more stable, starting the year at 147.40 EH/s and consistently holding its position as the second-largest mining pool throughout 2024.
