Christian Langalis, who created a pro-Bitcoin sign at a congressional hearing in 2017, is now looking to cash in on the current Bitcoin craze, according to Bloomberg. At the time, Langalis held up the sign behind Federal Reserve Chair Janet Yellen, and was subsequently captured by television and immediately escorted out of the hearing, but he received a donation of about 7 Bitcoins. Now, with the support of Wall Street giants such as BlackRock and Fidelity, Langalis is looking to capitalize on the current momentum that has taken Bitcoin to an all-time high of nearly $74,000 in March. Langalis sold 21 copies of the sign in 2019 at an average realized price of 0.8 Bitcoin. A few weeks ago, Langalis was offered 5 Bitcoins, currently worth about $330,000, but he decided to auction the sign.
