According to TechFlow, South Korean prosecutors have transferred Han Chang-jun, the former chief financial officer of Terraform Labs, to trial after being arrested and detained for 21 days on February 8. According to prosecutors, Han Chang-jun is accused of making at least 53.6 billion won in ill-gotten gains by selling and trading LUNA under the guise of normal operation of the Terra project. He is also accused of violating public offering regulations and selling LUNA without filing a securities report, in violation of the Capital Markets Act. He is also accused of recording about 100 million electronic payment information of Chinese payment customers on the Terra blockchain without the consent of Chinese payment customers, in violation of the Electronic Financial Transactions Act.
