According to Foresight News, the Celsius Unsecured Creditors Committee has announced on platform X that they have reached an agreement with the debtor, the Unsecured Creditors Committee, and the U.S. Attorney's Office for the Southern District of New York to temporarily suspend claims against former Celsius CEO Alex Mashinsky and other former executives during Mashinsky's criminal trial.

The federal prosecutor requested the Unsecured Creditors Committee to agree to pause the litigation process to avoid any potential interference with Mashinsky's criminal trial. The Southern District of New York prosecutor agreed to coordinate with the litigation administrator on the distribution of recovered assets in the criminal case. The Celsius Unsecured Creditors Committee supports swift law enforcement and will return the recovered funds to account holders.
