According to Foresight News, South Korea's Woori Bank has announced a partnership with Samsung Securities and SK Securities to explore the institutionalization of security tokens (ST) and enter the market quickly. The three companies plan to collaborate on multiple levels, including exploring security token business models, compliance with regulations, building infrastructure, jointly verifying distributed ledgers, and establishing a 'Finance 3.0 Partners' advisory agency. The advisory agency, which involves banks and multiple securities companies, aims to potentially meet regulatory requirements for the issuance and distribution of security tokens and mutual verification of distributed ledgers.
