**NFT Controversy: Nelk Boys Face Lawsuit**

The Nelk Boys, a popular group of YouTubers, are facing a lawsuit over their NFT project, Metacard, which reportedly raised $23 million. Filed by Trenton Smith in California, the suit accuses Kyle Forgeard, John Shahidi, and their companies of failing to deliver promised perks and investment opportunities.

The lawsuit alleges that while the NFTs promised exclusive events, merchandise discounts, and more, holders have seen little return. Each NFT initially sold for $2,300, but now trades at a fraction of that on OpenSea. The Nelk Boys have yet to comment on the allegations.
