BITCOIN IS OVERSOLD?!🤔 Let’s discuss all pros 🔺 and cons🔻 of bitcoin price to bounce back soon!!! 🔺On a daily timeframe we can now see that bitcoin is trading exactly at the dynamic support level. 🔺On RSI it is also at around critical levels which means that we may see bounce back in near future. 🔻Of course there is a room to go even deeper, because according to VPWR we will see major support only at around ~71-73k zone. 🔺Fear and greed index also showing us 16 points and “Extreme Fear” which is good for reversal. 🔺Huge liquidations these days (~$1.5b) To sum up, we can expect some bounce back in the near future, because price can not go all the way down even on bear markets. FTX Begins Payouts to Creditors Under $50K: Recovery Could Reach $16B 🔸Larger creditors will receive payments from Q2 2025, with FTX distributing $7 billion initially. 🔸Recovery rates vary by claim type, with overall expected recoveries ranging from 123% to 138%. However, we still didn’t see any significant impact on price of $bitcoin. Well that’s because FTX doesn’t send payments immediately to all creditors🤷🏼‍♂️ On the chart we can see bullish pattern combined with bullish divergence on RSI😏 We can expect retest of resistance level at around ~100k in near future. FEBRUARY FTX PAYMENTS📈💰 Why do I think that we’ll see new ATH in February?! Well the reason is that the first payments to the affected by FTX scam will be paid on February 18. The amount is not bad - $1.2 billion. The total amount of all payments will be equal to ~$16 billion (the exact dates are still unknown, preliminary 1-2 quarters of 2025) I believe most of these payments people will invest in altcoins, as their prices are affected heavily these days by market dump🧠 Let’s wait and see😎
