Bro, we are in Italy a country of starving people, especially politicians

How (and why) I did not pay the "stamp duty" required by the Italian state (illegitimately)
As you can see from the screenshot below Binance charged me only one euro.
How did I manage to have only 1 of them taken away? As I had anticipated on days 30 & 31 of last year, I simply moved everything from Binance, partly to a non-custodial wallet (technically untouchable) and partly to another exchange not prone to the illegitimate wishes of the Italian government. Once the stamp duty was calculated at the minimum amount, I am making the reverse move. I had previously inquired on Binance chat if it was possible not to pay it with a simple conversion to fiat... but, completely unexpectedly, the team appointed by Binance (with Italian agents) told me that, in the event of a conversion, they would have applied the stamp duty to the pre-conversion amount. Totally nullifying all my initiatives in this sense. An interpretation that I found incorrect, on the part of the Binance team, and I did not fail to point this out to them, repeatedly, before deciding to make the move.
