Recently, $USUAL has been continuously dropping. Let's talk about some of my views and observations.
Nowadays, the market sees an increase of over 2 million USUAL every day, which makes many people feel that the price can't rise because there is too much being issued. However, I think this perspective only sees half of the picture.
Although new coins are issued daily, most of them are given as interest to those who are staking. These stakers are unlikely to sell casually when the price is low. They will wait until the price reaches a level they consider suitable, such as 2 or 3, before they think about selling. Most people now prefer to hold onto these coins and enjoy the benefits that staking brings.
This means that despite the issuance of new coins, there are not many in circulation in the market. On the contrary, as more and more people choose to stake, the number of coins in the market is actually decreasing.
Currently, there are only about 510 million USUAL in circulation, while 193 million are staked on the official website. This means that there are less than 320 million in circulation in the market, which is even less than before the launch. Moreover, starting from February 1, people who stake can receive additional rewards of USD 0, which will definitely attract more people to stake.
To those who are holding on, just hang in there a bit longer; the future rewards will definitely be worth it. Although the market is slightly sluggish now, opportunities will come again. Stay calm and wait for the corrections; feel free to discuss future market views at any time.
