Most secondary altcoins look to ETH for guidance, but who does ETH look to?
Since November of last year, $BTC has been leading the market, and $ETH has also started to move, but the increase has not been significant enough to create sufficient FOMO, so secondary altcoins are looking to ETH for direction.
