Cryptocurrency Contract Trading Taboo!!

1. Position Syndrome: When there are no open orders, one feels restless and has to place an order; when holding an order, panic arises, and one doesn’t know what to do when the market moves in the opposite direction; believing that opportunities are endless, one always wants to keep operating, leading to greater losses the more one trades.

2. Frequent "All-Day" Operations: Many investors want to be versatile players, going long after shorting and vice versa. Although they set strict standards for themselves, this contradicts the importance of following the market trend. Do not have reverse thoughts when no single currency's force breaks the other's.

3. Counter-Trend Bouncing: Can one chase a bounce? If the method is right, of course. Otherwise, it's like licking blood from a knife's edge. If a knife falls from the air, when should you catch it? Undoubtedly, you should wait until it lands and stops moving; otherwise, you will be severely injured. Chasing bounces requires certain skills; those without experience should avoid taking risks and follow the trend. Be sure to manage your funds when participating in a bounce.

4. Hesitation When Placing Orders: Fear of being lured into a long position when going long, and fear of being lured into a short position when going short, leads to opportunities slipping away.

5. Always Fully Invested: While being fully invested may quickly increase your wealth, it is more likely to lead to rapid liquidation.

6. Refusing to Admit Defeat: Many investors are stubborn, refusing to admit mistakes. Not resolving wrong orders immediately leads to continuous errors, with predictable consequences. "I just don’t believe it won’t rise; I just don’t believe it won’t fall..." This mindset is absolutely detrimental. When acknowledging one’s mistakes, do not harbor any lucky thoughts; decisively stop losses at the first moment.
