This proposed legislation would enable employees in Oklahoma to opt for receiving their salaries in Bitcoin and allow vendors to accept Bitcoin payments. The bill emphasizes voluntary participation, aligning with free market principles, and grants employees, employers, and businesses the right to choose their preferred payment methods. SB325 is set to be reviewed during the 60th legislative session commencing on February 3.
