The cryptocurrency market used to be a confrontation between the East and the West. There would be market movements both during the day and at night, with most movements occurring during Western hours, between 21:30 and 7:30 Beijing time.
Major increases usually happen in the early morning.
1. If there is a significant drop during the domestic daytime, you must buy the dip, as foreigners will pump the market at 21:30.
2. If there is a significant rise during the day, do not chase the high, as it will likely drop back at night.
3. The key signal when buying and selling is the spike; the deeper the spike, the stronger the buy and sell signal.
5. Major meetings or favorable news will often lead to price increases, but once the news is released, it will drop.
6. In group discussions, if the community recommends buying a coin and talks it up, be cautious; you are likely to get trapped, consider countering the advice. If a coin is hot and trending, you can short it immediately.
8. If a group member recommends something you don't find interesting, it’s likely to take off; when in doubt, it might be worth a small experiment.
9. If you are heavily invested, you will definitely face liquidation; why? You will be on the exchange's radar for liquidation.
10. After your short position hits the stop loss, it will definitely drop. If they don't trick you into getting out or liquidate you, how will it fall? For example, TRB.
11. When you are about to break even and are just a bit away, and the rebound suddenly stops, how can they let you exit without a loss?
12. When you take profits, it will pull back; if you don’t exit, how can they pump the price? The load is too heavy.
13. When you are excited, a crash arrives as expected; your excitement is also a bait from the market makers.
14. When you are broke, every project seems to rise, making you FOMO and hurry to enter.
So you understand that the market is manipulated more than 80% of the time. Besides controlling your position, you must respond proactively; firmly avoid entering the market before confirming the market maker's moves. Once you enter, the exchange is the butcher and you are the fish.
