The developers of #Solana intend to solve the scalability issues of the network by introducing a new homomorphic hash function based on the network that alters the way the blockchain tracks user accounts.

The SIMD-215 would technically allow the Solana network to update its state verification by processing only the modified accounts. If the proposal is implemented, it could significantly improve the speed and efficiency of the Solana network.
