U.S. prosecutors estimate that there are more than 1 million victims related to Do Kwon's criminal case.

Kwon has been charged with 9 counts, including securities fraud, money laundering, and fraud. If convicted, he could face a maximum sentence of 130 years in prison. In the first trial in New York, Kwon pleaded not guilty and the next hearing is scheduled for January 8, 2025.
