Satoshi Action Fund co-founder Dennis Porter stated in a post on X that up to 20 "strategic Bitcoin reserve" bills will be proposed at the state level in the United States (with multiple bills in the same state). Legislators are fiercely competing to be the first in history. The vast majority of these bills will be based on the SBR model of the Satoshi Action Fund.
