Monday, high-level swings, it's cold at the top!
On Saturday, I publicly reminded everyone that the support at 97000 would see a rebound. On Monday morning, it reached 99800 as expected, and the strategy has paid off again! I’ve lost count of how many small waves have been taken for profit!
For the rhythm this afternoon, the washout rhythm will continue for another round, and the momentum during lunchtime should slow down. The evening U.S. market is the main event. The market is filled with a strong bullish return signal, but little do they know that the bull hasn't left; the wide fluctuation range hasn’t broken below 99000, and it’s still in a strong bullish phase.
At the current position, judging by the previous fluctuations, this round at 99800 is already a very high position, and theoretically, one could go short. However, today feels a bit forced; going short gives a sense of going against the trend. The lows are gradually rising, and buying has been warming up steadily since last week, especially with Trump about to take office, which should continue to stimulate the market.
For short-term operations, it is suggested to rely on the morning low support in the 97800 area and maintain a bullish outlook; resistance is concentrated at 101500. The position in the afternoon is still hovering in a neutral zone; one can buy on a pullback in the 98700-400 area or go short at 101000, capturing both ends.
