In Binance's U-based contract, there is a currency called FOOTBALL. This is an index currency. Its components are all football-related team fan tokens currently on Binance. Based on the market value of all tokens, a set is used The formula calculates the proportion of each token. So when we buy this index token, it is equivalent to buying each fan token according to different proportions. The strategy is as follows:
1. In the U-standard contract, find the currency FOOTBALL and prepare to conduct contract transactions. Set the leverage to 5 (it is recommended that it be no more than 5). There are currently no index tokens in the spot market, so you can only buy them individually.
2. Trading mode 1: Set pending orders. Currently, I have placed an order at 390, 380, 370, and 360. There is an order placed at these four positions. The lower the price, the larger the position. This pending order refers to the DCA trading strategy.
3. Trading mode 2: Increase fixed investment. I personally make a fixed investment once every Monday (set an alarm clock). The fixed investment is a deposit of 100U each time. One month is 400U, and 5 months is about 2000U. This can be allocated according to everyone's own financial resources.
4. Stop profit and stop loss: Generally, one month before the start of the European Cup, you can start taking profits one after another. As for stop loss, I personally have not set one. First, the leverage is low, and second, I am optimistic about fan tokens in the past six months.
