Is Trump about to make history again?

Before the presidential inauguration, he is being tried, and Trump, who has already raised $200 million, will have a ruling on this case.

On January 3rd, Judge Juan Merchan of the New York State Supreme Court announced that a decision will be made on January 10 regarding the "hush money" case involving President-elect Trump. On the 3rd and 4th, Trump responded through social media with a series of posts. On the evening of the 3rd, Trump stated that he is the only political figure in American history who cannot defend himself. The next morning, he first posted accusing Merchan of being "corrupt and dishonest," and called for the revocation of his professional qualifications. He then complained, stating, "No president has ever been treated illegally like I have." He also accused Democratic judges and prosecutors of being "corrupt" and claimed they are treating (Biden's) political opponent in an "unprecedentedly" unfair manner.

According to reports, Trump may appear in court personally or via video link. This means that before attending the presidential inauguration on January 20, Trump will first face trial. Previously, no U.S. president has ever been charged or even convicted.

Trump appeared in court in New York last May.

Trump is almost certain to become the first president in American history to be convicted. However, Merchan has already stated that "considering realities such as presidential immunity, unconditional release would be the most feasible solution." Reports suggest that although Trump may not ultimately go to jail, judges will have the opportunity to condemn Trump's actions in court on the 10th.

Trump is expected to appeal, which may delay the ruling against him. However, if he is unable to overturn the original ruling after the appeal, he will carry the charges into the White House.
