Zeng Shiqiang:

"If you need to rest, then rest.

It's not a sin to be idle at home. People do not necessarily need to work. People work out of necessity. People should work hard, but not to the point of exhaustion. Why should we work ourselves to death? Tomorrow's matters will come tomorrow."

People do not have a heavy burden on their shoulders; who would want to get up in the middle of the night? Every person who runs desperately has their own mission and pressure.

To solve the problem of three meals a day, to bend down for a little rice, for the education of children, for the family to rise to a higher level, working from dawn to dusk, busy day after day, living a simple and ordinary day.

In life, we find the meaning of existence in work, thus giving life motivation, no longer feeling empty and lonely, living each day more fulfilling.

However, we should understand the balance of work and rest, moderate relaxation; being tense like a spring will eventually lead to a breakdown, which is very detrimental to our bodies.

Idle people have many affairs, lazy people have many illnesses, busy people find joy; busyness is a form of cultivation.

While being busy, we should also find moments of leisure, have a bit of leisure of heart, watch the flowers bloom and fall, the clouds roll and disperse, take a walk, look around, sit down, lie down, allowing the mind to have a brief relaxation.

In life, we need to work hard to fill each day; otherwise, being too idle will also cause problems.

Remember, to live, one needs to work hard, to strive, to have dreams; a life with dreams has hope.

But life does not require exhausting effort; too much strain without good health renders everything you have as fleeting.

Relaxation and tension, expansion and contraction, relaxation in moderation, a good leisure time allows the body, mind, and spirit to relax, which can lead to better engagement in work, thereby improving efficiency.

Do not panic, do not panic; when the sun sets, there is still moonlight. When the moon sets, there is still the dawn. So live well and do not think too much.

Yesterday's sun cannot dry today's clothes, and tomorrow's rain cannot wet today's self.

Do not rush in life; rest when you need to, relax when you need to, sleep when you need to, eat when you need to; tomorrow's worries will come tomorrow; live well in the present!
