Techub News reported that according to Digital Asset, Park Jianxu, director of the Virtual Asset Joint Investigation Team of the Seoul Southern District Prosecutors' Office, arrested two Koreans on the grounds of manipulating the price of ACE tokens on Bithumb. They were accused of submitting market manipulation instructions such as market buy and sell orders and false buy orders for the purpose of inducing ACE transactions, selling about 1.22 million ACEs, and earning about 7.1 billion won in improper income.

Digital Asset said this was the first case of violation of the Virtual Asset User Protection Act.
