Terraform Labs co-founder Do Kwon has pleaded not guilty to fraud charges in the US related to the collapse of Terra LUNA in 2022. 🌍 Two days ago, Montenegrin authorities extradited him to the US.
The trial was presided over by Judge Robert Lerburger. Although Kwon did not admit guilt, he agreed to be arrested. It is not yet known whether the court will consider the deal or whether the case will go to trial. ⚖️
