Why are so many people still enthusiastic about trading cryptocurrencies?

I once took a detour in the crypto world, initially coming into contact with some niche coins, such as Peony Coin and Wallet Coin.

At first, I didn't invest much; under 1,000, and within a few days it turned into 5,000. I felt like I had made a profit, so I added another 5,000 in capital. But not long after, the coin price skyrocketed to 180,000. If I had sold at that time, I could have made at least 100,000. However, believing in the advice of certain 'experts,' we all held on and ended up losing even more.

Looking back, overall, I was at a loss. Initially, I lost tens of thousands overnight on a counterfeit platform, and only after that did I start using mainstream platforms like Huobi.

In fact, many coins do not trade on major platforms early on; they gain popularity through smaller platforms before finally entering the mainstream market. I remember Bitcoin was only 5,000 dollars at that time. Although I missed many opportunities, it taught me that investing must be calm and rational.
