I thought he would wait for the ETH price to drop a bit before buying back like before, but instead, he jumped back in just 2 hours ago. However, this time he didn't buy ETH, but instead collateralized USDT to borrow 10,612.6 ETH from Aave and sold it at a price of $3,387, exchanging it for 35.94 million USDT.
