Hey guys, Fine? This is not an "opinion", it's more like a question, I would like some help / guidance... A few days ago I withdrew some coins and sent them to an external' wallet, copied the address and everything, and checked. But the wallet provider said it didn't arrive, even though everything was correct on the blockchain. They told me that I used a network that was "not viable" for their system, the famous "Arbitrum" from Arbitrum One, so probably their system "did not recognize this transfer"and they didn't send me that percentage of coins, even though they work with the Arbitrum coin, anyway, can u guys tell me who is wrong in this hiStory and if there is a way for me to receive these coins or appeal?
