The Pectra upgrade will enable EOA to operate like a smart contract, making smart wallets scalable and bringing better user experience and security to users. The introduction of blob space will significantly enhance scalability. These will improve Ethereum’s DA scalability (mainnet and L2) by dynamically adjusting blob limits through the consensus layer.
