Western New Year, but under the Eastern sky, it also fired continuously for 15 minutes, really wasteful, noisy pollution, disturbing the sleep of many people on this Earth! 🥲

In the East according to the Can Chi calendar, the new day begins at the hour of the Rat (≈23h), the second day is the beginning of the month, January is the beginning of the year. January is the month after October. One, Chạp, Giêng, Hai, Ba.... Tám, Chín but there is no month 11, 12.
Most calendars now indicating months 11 and 12 are incorrect, in reality, those are January and Chạp is the correct month.
And the first day of January is not the beginning of the New Year but a major festival day of the Vietnamese people of the rice civilization!
The original meaning of Tết is "Tiết". Vietnamese culture is the ancestor of rice agriculture civilization, due to the needs of agricultural cultivation, has divided the time in a year into 24 different节 (jìe) and corresponding to each节 (jìe) there is a transitional moment in which the most important节 (jìe) is the beginning of a cultivation cycle, planting, which is the Tiết Nguyên Đán later known as Tết Nguyên Đán.
