If you do not complete the supporting documents of the assets on time, your account will be in degraded mode even if the deadline for deposit is set for 01/25/2025....

Impossible to place an order, to withdraw your money to transfer it to your own account and maybe close a position (I have not yet tried to close, have you succeeded?)

I should normally be free to recover my cash...
