I'll tell you the bottom line, manager

I get happy when someone says I won from the recommendation and I get sad when someone else says I lost from the recommendation. I have mixed feelings between joy and sadness. I would like to know what mistakes you have. Why do you lose despite the simplicity of the subject?? This is a chat space and I hope you mention the reasons for your loss. Maybe I can help you because it is absolutely unreasonable for a job to give more than 20% and listen.
