The meeting took place on December 23 and focused on strengthening bilateral relations and advancing projects to enhance digital connectivity and economic growth. The discussion highlighted the modernization of infrastructure and expanding economic initiatives to enhance El Salvador's regional influence. Ulloa highlighted the country's financial and digital progress, noting that the national Bitcoin reserves have surpassed 500 million dollars. He attributed this achievement to the Bitcoin office under President Nayib Bukele's leadership.
