FUTURE RISKS and OPPORTUNITIES Is FuTu really scary? Recently, the ruthless sweeping by MM has made many people AFRAID and hesitant to believe that futu still has traders who are "doing well" Trading futu is like participating in an adventurous journey. And the more adventurous and risky people are, the more they... love to dive in :)) so don't think about pulling out once you've jumped in :)) Instead, find ways to make the adventure without casualties and even discover "treasures" :) Some personal experiences that I am still applying and continuing to upgrade to minimize risks. You can refer to and discuss together 1- Trade both fast scalping in the M5 frame and long-term trading in the D1 and D3 frames. I mainly use EMA, MACD, BOLL to "look quickly" without needing to draw and analyze for too long. 2- Futu should not hold orders for too long, as the market is extremely unpredictable. All your analysis is only correct 60 to 70% at that moment or at most 1 to 3 days later. 3- There are quite a few analysis methods. You should learn and then combine them to find a method that suits you. 4- Strict capital management according to the rules: enter orders with 1 to 2% of the account. Each time, you should only enter 3 different codes. After entering an order, calculate the DCA price in advance if the price goes in an unfavorable direction. And if your capital is not large, then only DCA once or you have to split capital well to be able to DCA multiple times. 5- Determine your psychology: Dare to cut losses and Eat moderately. How much can you afford to lose on that order? Always set SL is also a way to train your psychology to dare to cut losses. That's all for now. Please wait for part 2 :))
