wait everything that goes up comes down and everything that goes down comes up I read about gravity just wait just wait have faith

I dumped 7.4k in $MOVE yesterday at 1.16 hoping it would hit 1.22 again but now it's all the way down to 1.06.
Any advice on how I can recover from that? (I'm very new here)
