FLOKI DAO PROPOSES PARTNERSHIP TO LAUNCH ETP IN EUROPE.
Floki ETP:
+ Exchange-Traded Product (ETP) tracking the FLOKI token.
+ Trading on the Swiss Stock Exchange SIX, one of the largest exchanges in Europe.
+ FLOKI will be the second meme token to have an ETP after Dogecoin, but targeting a larger exchange (Dogecoin is currently only trading on the Spotlight Stock Market, Sweden).
ETP Features:
+ An investment vehicle similar to an ETF but with a different structure.
+ Creates opportunities to access FLOKI in a managed way for institutional and individual investors.
FLOKI DAO Proposal:
+ Use a portion of the 16.3 billion FLOKI tokens from the treasury (valued at over 2.8 million USD).
+ These tokens have been accumulated over the past 3 years through the community buyback program.
+ FLOKI DAO will retain ownership of these tokens even when providing liquidity.
+ Voting period: 48 hours (ending on 27/12). Decision to use treasury assets to support liquidity for the ETP.
+ If approved, Floki ETP will help enhance liquidity, accessibility, and legitimacy of FLOKI in the European financial market.
