2024 is coming to a close and what better way to wrap it up than an Injective ecosystem treasure hunt! Join this event for the opportunity to embark on an epic treasure hunt spanning twelve of Injective’s most popular dApps in its ecosystem.
Overview
Injective is hosting an end of the year treasure hunt with 12 ecosystem dApps, giving away a prize pool, exclusive Injective merchandise, and Ninja passes to three winners.
In this treasure hunt, each participating ecosystem project will hide one word for participants to find in their product. The word will be revealed when the user correctly completes the unlocking action.
The user must find all twelve words hidden in each product, which together will reveal a 12-word secret word which enters you for a chance to win a prize. After the competition ends, 3 random winners will be chosen that successfully chose the correct words in the correct order and submitted them into the Google Form.

How to Participate as a User
The rules are simple. The below twelve Injective ecosystem dApps will hide a word in their product for the participant to find. Each dApp will have its own unique requirement for the user to find the hidden word.
Once a user finds all twelve words, the user must submit it in a Google Form, in the right order, for a chance to win the grand prize. The order of the words will be listed in the treasure map below.

Sponsor: The Sponsor of The End of Year Treasure Hunt Campaign is the Injective Community, through the Injective Foundation, and including all participants in governance, maintenance, and development of the Injective blockchain and its ecosystem of protocols, including but not limited to the Injective Foundation and Injective Labs Inc., and/or their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants, agents, attorneys, subsidiaries, affiliates, predecessors, and successors, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, consultants, agents, and attorneys (collectively “Injective Community” and “Sponsor”).
Eligibility: The Injective End of Year Treasure Hunt Campaign (the "Contest") is only open to those who are at least 18 years of age as of the date of entry. The Contest is void where prohibited by law. Employees, independent contractors, interns, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor, as well as their respective affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, suppliers and their immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each are not eligible to participate in the Contest. The Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.You may not participate in the Contest if you if you are: (1) a person who is the subject of economic or financial sanctions or trade embargoes administered or enforced from time to time by (a) the U.S. government, including those administered by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) or the U.S. Department of State or (b) the United Nations Security Council, the European Union or Her Majesty’s Treasury of the United Kingdom; or (c) any other relevant sanctions authority (Sanctions) or is organized or resident in a country or territory that is the subject of country-wide or territory-wide Sanctions.
Agreement to Rules: By entering the Contest, the contestant ("You", “you”, or “Your”) agree to comply with, accept, and abide by these Official Rules, Terms, and Conditions (“Rules”) and the decisions of the Sponsor, and You represent and warrant that you meet the eligibility requirements. In addition, You agree to accept the Sponsor's decisions as final and binding as it relates to the content of this campaign. Entrants should look solely to the Sponsor with any questions, comments or issues related to the Contest.
Entry Period: The Contest begins on December 26th, 2024 at 5:00PM ET. Entries submitted before the Contest begins will not be eligible.
How to Enter: The Contest must be entered by entering the secret words into the Google form (“Form”) at https://forms.gle/ph92pAbP6uvNJhth8 by the Sponsor. Entrants will find each secret word in order once the campaign begins, and must enter the correct secret words into the Form to be eligible for the $9K in total prizes. If you use fraudulent methods or otherwise attempt to circumvent the rules of the Contest, you will be disqualified from the Contest.s
Prizes: The winner(s) of the Contest (the "Winners") will receive the following prize:

3rd Place: 1,000 USDT + Injective merch + Ninja Pass
Winners will be chosen randomly from the list of Entrants to enter the correct secret words in the correct order into the Form.
Prizes are non-transferable. Substitution of prizes or transfer/assignment of the prizes to others or request for the cash equivalent of the prizes by the Winners is not permitted. Any and all prize related expenses, including without limitation any and all federal, state, and/or local taxes shall be the sole responsibility of the Winners.
Odds of Winning: The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
By entering this Contest, You represent and warrant that Your entry is an original work of authorship, and does not violate any third party’s proprietary or intellectual property rights. If Your entry infringes upon the intellectual property right of another, You will be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. If the content of Your entry is claimed to constitute infringement of any proprietary or intellectual proprietary rights of any third party, You shall, at your sole expense, defend or settle against such claims. You shall indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Injective Community from and against any suit, proceeding, claims, liability, loss, damage, costs or expense, which Injective Community may incur, suffer, or be required to pay arising out of such infringement or suspected infringement of any third party’s right.
The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Contest should a virus, bug, non-authorised human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond the Sponsor’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the Contest. In such cases, the Sponsor may select a winner(s) from eligible entries received before and/or after the action taken by the Sponsor if appropriate. The Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual who tampers or attempts to tamper with the entry process or the operation of the Contest or website or violates these Rules. The Sponsor has the right, in its sole discretion, to maintain the integrity of the Contest, to void entries for any reason, including, but not limited to: multiple entries from the same user from different IP addresses; multiple entries from the same computer in excess of that allowed by Contest rules; or the use of bots, macros, scripts, or other technical means for entering. Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Contest may be a violation of criminal and civil laws. Should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages to the fullest extent permitted by law.
Limitation of Liability: By entering the Contest You agree to release and hold harmless the Injective Community from any and all liability, illness, injury, death, loss, litigation, claim or damage that may occur, directly or indirectly, whether caused by negligence or not, from, including but not limited to: (i) Your participation in the Contest and/or Your acceptance, possession, use, or misuse of any prize or any portion thereof; (ii) unauthorised human intervention in any part of the Contest; (iii) electronic or human error in the administration of the Contest or the processing of entries; (iv) technical errors of any kind, including but not limited to the malfunction of any computer, cable, network, hardware, or software, or other mechanical equipment; (v) the unavailability or inaccessibility of any transmissions, telephone, or Internet service; (vi) printing errors; and (vii) lost, late, postage due, misdirected, or undeliverable mail.
Acceptance of Rules: By participating in the Contest, You have affirmatively reviewed, accepted, and agreed to all of the Rules.
The Injective Community reserves the right in its sole discretion to amend or change or cancel the Contest at any time and for any reasons without prior notice.
Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that (i): any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with the Contest, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; (ii) any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with entering the Contest, but in no event attorney’s fees; and (iii) under no circumstances will Entrants be permitted to obtain awards for, and Entrants hereby waive all rights to claim, punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of Entrant and the Injective Community in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the internal laws of the Cayman Islands, without giving effect to rules regarding conflicts of law. IF A CONTROVERSY OR CLAIM IS NOT RESOLVED DIRECTLY OR THROUGH MEDIATION, IT MUST BE RESOLVED, FINALLY AND EXCLUSIVELY, THROUGH ARBITRATION ADMINISTERED BY THE AMERICAN ARBITRATION ASSOCIATION (AAA) IN ACCORDANCE WITH ITS COMMERCIAL ARBITRATION RULES, AND ITS RULES FOR SELECTING AN ARBITRATOR, PROVIDED THAT THE ARBITRATOR SHALL BE EXPERIENCED AND LICENSED TO PRACTICE LAW IN THE CAYMAN ISLANDS. ALL PROCEEDINGS SHALL TAKE PLACE IN NEW YORK, NEW YORK. Some jurisdictions do not allow for limitations on the ability to pursue class action remedies, or certain kinds of damages, and so these limitations may not apply to you.
