Floki on the path to becoming a European ETP while DAO launches proposal to provide early liquidity

Developers propose to allocate part of the FLOKI needed for the ETP from a treasury wallet that contained 16 billion tokens as of Wednesday.
If approved, FLOKI will be the second meme token, after Dogecoin (DOGE), with an institutional product in Europe.
