(Crypto Rumble) is a card RPG + match-3 category Web3 game built on the Zypher Network game engine. Before each game starts, players need to select three heroes from their hero pool to form their team members and can also choose different equipment from their inventory to provide certain attribute boosts for their heroes. The ultimate goal of each game is to defeat the BOSS with different attributes on the opposite side.

In battles with the BOSS, a turn-based system will be adopted. During the player's turn, players need to achieve a match-3 by moving blocks, and after successfully eliminating the blocks, three heroes will attack the BOSS. The effect of the player's attack on the BOSS depends on the attributes, level, and quality of the heroes, as well as the number of blocks eliminated in a single turn (the more blocks eliminated, the higher the damage dealt to the BOSS). The game usually limits the number of moves a player can make, and defeating the BOSS before running out of moves constitutes victory. If all heroes are defeated before moves run out, or if the BOSS is not defeated after moves are exhausted, it results in failure.

In fact, heroes are the most critical element of the game. We need to strategically select different heroes to form teams to achieve optimal effects when battling different BOSSes. At the same time, we also need to continuously upgrade and enhance the quality of heroes to gain a better gaming experience in PvE battles and higher returns in PvP gameplay. Before embarking on your (Crypto Rumble) journey, let's take a comprehensive look at the heroes in the game.

Hero Introduction

In the (Crypto Rumble) game, both BOSSes and heroes include a total of three attributes: Mage, Assassin, and Warrior. Currently, there are 9 heroes available for players to choose from, with three in each category: Mage, Assassin, and Warrior, each with unique skill damage.

Different hero attributes have counter relationships, where the interactions are Warrior beats Assassin, Mage beats Warrior, and Assassin beats Mage. When a hero's attribute counters the BOSS's attribute, it triggers an advantageous duel, granting the hero a 50% damage bonus, thus showcasing their natural advantage. Conversely, when a hero faces a BOSS with a countering attribute, it triggers a disadvantageous duel, and the BOSS receives a 50% damage reduction, reflecting the difficulty of fighting a stronger opponent. Therefore, when facing different BOSSes, we need to strategically deploy different lineups to achieve better damage against the BOSS.

Hero Levels and Qualities

Heroes not only have level characteristics but also contain different qualities.

Heroes have levels ranging from 1 to 100, and players can upgrade their heroes. To upgrade a hero, players need to consume experience points (gained from participating in games and completing tasks) and the in-game asset $Gold tokens. Each upgrade of a hero will enhance metrics such as attack power, defense, agility, and stamina, and the higher the hero's level, the more experience points and $Gold tokens will be required for upgrades.

In addition to level, each hero also has quality attributes, including Normal, Elite, and Legendary. Players can choose to fuse the same hero and spend a certain amount of $Diam assets to enhance their quality; improving quality will give the hero's attributes a qualitative leap.

It is important to note that each hero in (Crypto Rumble) has vitality points (VIT), initially set at 1,000 VIT, which will be consumed during battles. VIT does not automatically recover and requires spending $Diam tokens to replenish. The amount of $Diam required for recovery depends on the hero's rarity—the higher the rarity, the more $Diam is needed.

How to Obtain Heroes

Mystery blind boxes are the primary way for players to obtain (Crypto Rumble) heroes. Blind boxes can be purchased with $Diam tokens in the store. Opening a mystery blind box can randomly yield heroes of different professions, with a chance to obtain elite, legendary, and other high-quality heroes.

In addition to purchasing with $Diam tokens in the store, players can currently earn blind box rewards through the 'Treasure Ark' event by staking relevant assets (https://ark.zypher.network/). For every 0.5 ETH / 0.5 wstETH / 0.5 ezETH / 0.5 STONE / 0.5 weETH staked, players will receive one (Crypto Rumble) Hero Mystery Box.

The Treasure Ark event will give away a total of 10,000 (Crypto Rumble) Hero Mystery Boxes, each containing heroes that can enhance the player's gaming team strength! For individual players, there is no limit to the number of boxes they can obtain; continue to stake and collect until they are gone.
