👀👀Justin Sun transferred $245 million worth of Ethereum 👀👀

Justin Sun announced that he transferred 70,182 ETH to the HTX exchange and that this transaction was made in order to balance liquidity. The transfers took place during the Christmas rally that saw the price of Ethereum recover.$TRX

Tron founder Justin Sun transferred a total of 70,182 Ethereum worth $244.9 million to the crypto exchange HTX. 42,905 of these Ethereum assets were staked through Lido Finance, while 27,277 were staked on the EtherFi platform.

According to Spot on Chain data, Sun transferred a total of 179,101 ETH worth $645 million to HTX since November 10. These transactions were generally made at average prices around $3,601 and close to local peaks. Sun still holds 106,905 stETH worth $372.4 million and 56,277 eETH worth $195.8 million. In addition, 25,000 Ethereum worth around $87 million is waiting to be withdrawn from EtherFi.

Justin Sun explained that these transfers were not intended to drain Ethereum assets, but were carried out to balance liquidity between exchange wallets.

Meanwhile, the ETH price was on the rise. At the time of writing, ETH was trading at $3,490.82 and gained 2.63% in the last 24 hours.
