Why is the coin so undervalued?

Unlike most tokens, Chiliz has a real application for sports fans, with a wide variety of disciplines and teams. Recently, the CEO announced that, due to the change of government in the U.S., he hopes to finally launch the NBA and NFL tokens, for which he has had agreements for several years. Additionally, he recently launched the memecoin $PEPPER, which is already available on platforms like CoinEx. With all these news, I don’t understand how the coin remains stuck at $0.09, especially considering that its total supply is 9.21 trillion (according to CoinMarketCap), which is not much when compared to the supply of memecoins.

Since the previous bull run, I have been following this coin and find it undervalued.
