Hello everyone, I am Dashan, focusing on the trend analysis of mainstream cryptocurrencies, updating market insights daily. In the crypto world, when some people are laughing, others will be crying; I hope everyone is in the former group! Here I wish everyone a peaceful Christmas Eve and Merry Christmas. A few days ago, I was delayed for a few days due to weather issues.
Let's take a look at Bitcoin first. Many people have recently started to panic, thinking that a major bear market is coming. Regarding trends and cycles, I want to discuss this with you today. Many investors cannot clearly see the trends and cycles; one sees bullish, another sees bearish, and another sees fluctuations, so they can't communicate effectively, each sticking to their own views. The issue lies in the cycles; you need to unify the cycle you are looking at, and there is no need for in-depth discussions. The bullish trend I mention to you every day is at the daily and even weekly chart levels, so you first need to consider which level you are looking at a cycle from. If you are looking at the hourly chart, it is bearish recently; if you are looking at the minute chart, isn't this a bullish period? The minute chart yesterday did crash, but if you are at the weekly chart level, this week is just a small candlestick, not much movement. If you are at the monthly chart level, it hasn't moved at all, and the direction is still bullish. Understand this? Your time cycles are not on the same dimension. Also, regarding the questions everyone comes to ask daily about whether the market is bullish or bearish, you need to define your questions based on your cycle. Where do you see it going, where's your stop loss? How should I explain this to you? Rushing to explain may lead to many completely opposite results. Of course, as I often say, there is no right or wrong in trading. I frequently tell everyone, at any position, whether you want to go long or short is fine; the key is in risk control. So, I emphasize again that the cycle is very important. If we only talk about rises and falls without discussing cycles, it’s just nonsense. Coming back to Bitcoin, it is still bullish, and there will be some fluctuations. Looking at the daily chart, based on the recent candlestick, although it is bearish, the momentum is insufficient. If it can move down in a fluctuating manner, it would be best to enter a long position at the bottom trend. Then looking at the four-hour chart, the trend of bottom rebound is very clear; it will eventually have to fall back at higher levels. As long as the support at 920 at the bottom hasn't broken, we still need to be bullish. If you are looking bearish at a small cycle, I am looking at fluctuations at a larger level. A larger level will suppress a smaller level, and currently, it is slowly rising. You can pay attention to the resistance level above; in the short term, you can look for bearish on the upper small levels.
Let’s take another look at Ethereum, which is also fluctuating. I mentioned earlier that the market has marked high and low points for you, so you just need to watch it adjust here. For example, from the current price downwards, after adjusting to here, it is in a fluctuating range. Some people look at the small levels and say this drop is a crash. I can only advise everyone not to look at the minute chart anymore; please, just lose a little less money, especially those with less than five years of trading experience. Don't touch the minute chart. Remember to persist in checking in daily. You might not understand what I'm talking about now, but after sticking to it for a while, I believe you will have an epiphany. Before operating, you can ask Dashan; don’t just muddle through on your own. I will give you some directions and guidance to avoid making big mistakes.
