As 2024 draws to a close, Usual (USUAL) is attracting significant interest from leading venture capital firms. Following its listing on Binance Launchpool, the project has received additional investment from some of the industry’s top venture capital funds.
This investment activity reflects strong investor confidence in Usual and the real assets (RWA) sector in general.

Usual (USUAL) is a decentralized stablecoin project backed by real-world assets (RWA). Its leading stablecoin, USD0, is backed by U.S. Treasury Bonds (T-Bills), providing yields from T-Bills and distributing profits to investors through USUAL and USD0.
The project recently announced the completion of a 10 million USD Series A funding round led by Binance Labs and Kraken Ventures. Notable other participants include Coinbase Ventures, Wintermute, Ondo, and more.

Furthermore, on the same day, OKX Ventures confirmed its investment in Usual, although the specific amount has not been disclosed.

The data from TinTucBitcoin shows that the price of USUAL has increased by 26% after this news, currently trading around 1.3 USD.

The total capital disclosed raised for Usual is 18.5 million USD. According to CoinMarketCap, the market capitalization of USUAL has surpassed 600 million USD.
The fully diluted valuation (FDV) of the project exceeds 5 billion USD. Only 12% of the total supply, or 494 million USUAL, is currently in circulation. The project will unlock at least 3.2 million USUAL daily until 2028.
The Growth of Stablecoin USD0 Leads the Market
Data from RWA.xyz shows that the market capitalization of USD0, the primary stablecoin of Usual, has increased from 20 million USD in mid-2024 to over 1.4 billion USD. In the past 30 days, the market capitalization of USD0 has increased by 237%, making it the fastest-growing stablecoin of the month.

Additionally, throughout 2024, the stablecoin market has become increasingly competitive with many new entrants. For example, Ethena Labs launched USDtb, a stablecoin backed by BlackRock's BUIDL, while Ripple drew attention with the launch of RLUSD.
