This daily close is going to be epic for bitcoin! If we can close the candle around these levels, we retake the 50 day EMA

Okay, so let’s break this down US jobs numbers came in stronger than expected. The US economy is booming. GDP growth remained strong all of 2024. There is obvious optimism about Trump taking the White House in 10 days. So why are the markets reacting negatively? Because of the economic strength, it is increasingly likely that the fed won’t be cutting rates any time soon. The big pause is coming. Some are even saying now that there might not be any rate adjustments until late 2025. That alone gives me late 90s vibes before the Dotcom crash. A golden window of opportunity for markets. Inflation is kicking off again and that is a real concern. This will be a major macro force that we need to contend with in 2025 that could continue to spook markets depending on the rate of change and how high inflation ends up going. Long bond rates are exploding right now, which is not good The dollar is showing way too much strength Trump is going to have a lot of work to do He will need to weaken the dollar The fed will probably need to do some kind of QE, at the very least to refill the repo markets. But also to try to get those long-term bonds popped. There are a lot of moving pieces, but my guess is that there’s going to be a lot of liquidity coming into markets and once the market comes to terms with kind of highish interest rates for longer then up markets will resume
