The world’s largest international policing organization, Interpol, has issued a “Red Notice” for Richard Schueler, better known as Richard Heart, accusing him of tax fraud and assault. This move came from Finnish authorities who are seeking his arrest based on the Red Notice, which is not equivalent to an international arrest warrant.

Interpol’s decision follows a report from Europe’s most wanted fugitives list that details similar accusations against Schueler. He stands accused of physically assaulting a minor victim by grabbing their hair and forcing them to the ground. The Red Notice was issued against Schueler only three months after a remand order was first issued against him on September 13th, according to Finland’s public broadcaster Yle.

Schueler faces suspicion of tax evasion during the period from June 2nd, 2020, until April 2nd, 2024. Despite this development, Schueler continues to remain active on social media platforms while being embroiled in legal trouble with U.S regulators over alleged unregistered offerings of three crypto tokens – Hex, PulseChain (PLS), and PulseX (PSLX). The Securities and Exchange Commission filed a lawsuit against Schueler claiming he raised over $1 billion through these token sales without registering them properly under U.S securities laws.
